SBA to Participate in Gulf Radio and Television Festival Production Market and Exhibition in Bahrain

Riyadh: The Saudi Broadcasting Authority (SBA) is participating with a pavilion in the Gulf Radio and Television Festival in its sixteenth session and the Radio and Television Production Market Exhibition, held in Manama, Bahrain, under the slogan “Our Media, Our Identity.”

The Authority’s CEO, Mohammed bin Fahd Al-Harthi, considers the Gulf Radio and Television Festival an opportunity to build bridges of joint Gulf media cooperation, enhance the exchange of experiences among parties, and reflect an accurate picture of Gulf cohesion in all sectors, especially the media sector, which is one of the pioneering sectors. He added that this participation reflects the Authority’s efforts to achieve the year of media transformation in the Kingdom.

The Saudi Broadcasting Authority’s involvement in the festival is a testament to its ambition and drive for excellence. It also represents a strategic move to bolster its presence in regional media forums, spotlight its media achievements, and compete with other media ins
titutions for the festival’s prestigious awards.

In the same context, the CEO of the Saudi Broadcasting Authority took the opportunity to honor several esteemed media figures in radio, television, and drama. This act of recognition underscores the Authority’s deep appreciation for their significant contributions and distinguished achievements throughout their media careers.
