Riyadh, Saudi Minister of Defense Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz discussed with his Italian counterpart Guido Crosetto the current military escalation in Gaza and the efforts exerted in this regard.
The Saudi Defense Minister stressed the need for de-escalation in Gaza, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
During the meeting held in Riyadh, the two sides also discussed a number of regional and international issues and developments of common interest, as well as the Saudi-Italian relations and promising opportunities for strengthening and developing them in the fields of defense and military industries, SPA added.
In another meeting, Saudi Minister of Defense Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud discussed with the Secretary of the State Security Council and Minister of Defense of Turkmenistan, Begenc Gundogdyyew, the current military escalation in Gaza and the efforts exerted in this regard, in addition to several regional and international issues and developments of common interest.
The meeting also discussed bilateral relations and ways to support and enhance future cooperation between the Ministries of Defense of the two countries.
